With a high interest in creative lyrics and tracks with pure emotion, abide.n makes his mark on a scene. To crack open the attention of a wide variety of listeners and in still a message of hope is the goal. abide.n has performed in numerous live events and shows since deciding to pick up the mic and do this for real in 2002. He has always liked the more fundamental style of Hip hop as he used to be involved in b boying and now very involved in rhyming and poetry.Coming out of Vancouver B.C, Canada, raised in a middle class home with its share of hardships and happiness, his upbringing is just a slice of his inspiration.An array of influences steep within him and balance out a blend of how he prefers to deliver it. Raw hip hop is mixed with soft undertones and catchy hooks, resulting in an authentic and honest performance. 


He has also recently joined Hip Hop Duo, Souls Rest, originally from England now residing in Canada. Their trademark sound combines rugged hip hop beats with smooth jazz melodies. They perform in a variety of places from night clubs , youth groups, charity events, homeless shelters to prisons wherever they feel led. As a new addition to SR he is excited to be stretched creatively combining his solo style to mesh together with the established group and make music that resonates beyond the typical.
